One Entry per Form (Photocopies Welcome)
Please Enclose a C5 (9”x6”) S.A.E for return of entry number (NO S.A.E, NO ENTRY NUMBER)
Completed forms must be received by the 2nd August 2010
for the entry to be judged and to receive a plaque. Entry numbers will be sent out during August.
Entry forms received after the 2nd of August 2010 will be classed as a late entry and will be charged an ADMISSION FEE.
Entries on the day will be accepted (subject to space available) BUT WILL BE CHARGED AN ADMISSION FEE and they may not receive a plaque.
